LEAD RTO | Working with you in the right direction.
Everyone deserves to be an active citizen and make a valuable contribution. LEAD support people to achieve their potential by providing opportunities to be active in the community. Our services extend beyond employment into the community to embrace diversity, promote tolerance and offer more opportunities for all.
LEAD specialises in providing community connection, training, employment and support services to people with disability. At LEAD, we work with over 400 people with disabilities and 60 community facilitators; and we’re still growing!
Our Goals
To support people to LIVE the life they choose.
Our philosophy has always been to allow people to live a good life and to encourage people with disability and all members of the community to live life to the fullest.
We encourage people to develop their skills to become the greatest possible version of yourself
To do so we offer opportunities to work on a new skill and strive to be independent.
To support our Disability Support Services, in 1998 LEAD commenced training activities, and opened LEAD RTO providing training opportunities to people living with disability. LEAD clients gained access to nationally accredited qualifications delivered by accredited trainers in an inclusive manner.
Over the next decades, LEAD RTO have grown and diversified to provide training to participants outside the disability sector.
Training is provided online and/or classroom based, depending on the qualification and cohort of participants.
LEAD RTO specialises in providing quality education to all people.
We use a personalised approach to training by offering a flexible learning experience, accommodating your strengths, and developing your skills. Our trainers approach your plans individually, so you receive ongoing support and development. Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and credit transfer (CT) will also be discussed on a case by case basis.
LEAD RTO strives to achieve quality learning outcomes for our clients through flexible and competitive training solutions. By combining hands-on practical experience and strong theoretical knowledge, our learners are supported to meet their goals.
