BSB51918 – Diploma of Leadership and Management

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

To undertake this full qualification, you will need to complete a total of 12 units, being:

This program is particularly appropriate for managers/supervisors with a technical/trade background including project managers, office managers, leading hands, coordinators and forepersons.

There is no entry requirements for this course. Having experience in a management role will help in giving you the best success for this course.

Duration: We understand that each learner has individual requirements and likes to study at their own pace. We would expect this course to take anywhere from 6 months to 1 year for completion.
