FBLearning is committed to providing quality training and assessment services for all participants in accordance with the National ‘Standards for RTO’s 2015’. See below some of the policies and procedures that FBLearning have in place to ensure we meet our obligations.
FBLearning acknowledges that all vocational education and training includes language, literacy and numeracy tasks. Our trainers provide materials, resources and assessment tasks at a level of complexity required in the workplace for that competency only. Trainers also provide opportunities for repeated and supported practice.
FBLearning have a staff member qualified to assess language, literacy and numeracy levels. Support may be available to meet course requirements.
